Financial Director

Serhii Plichko is responsible for the operation and improvement of the financial systems, the optimization of the budget, tax and financial planning, utilization of Farmak’s financial resources. The remit of responsibility of Serhii also includes liaison and communications with financial institutions, controlling bodies and external service providers for protecting Company’s interests and contributing to the effective business, development and approval of the Company Strategy and investment development plans. Another responsibility is running the Financial Office for achieving the short-term and long-term operating tasks.

Serhii jointed Farmak top management on October 01, 2024. Before that, he held the position of the First Deputy to the General Director of JSC “ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih”. He was responsible for procurement and logistics in the company; Private Enterprise “Steel Service”, LLC “Casting and Mechanical Plant”, LLC “Stevedoring Company Nikmet-Terminal” were accountable to him.

Since 2017, Serhii Plichko held the position of the Financial Director – Chief Accountant of “ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih”; the Financial Administration and IT Department and since 2022, Supply Administration were subordinated to him.

In 2014, Serhii Plichko, holding the position of the General Director of LLC “Stevedoring Company Nikmet-Terminal”, was responsible for shipping of products of JSC “ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih” through the corporate terminal in the Mykolaiv Trade Seaport.

Since 2011, Serhii Plichko as the Chief Accounting and Reporting Officer of JSC “ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih” was responsible for optimization of the accountants’ activities, as well as accounting and financial reporting business processes.

Serhii received a degree in the major “Accounting and Audit” in Kyiv National Economic University, is a member of the ACCA international accounting association and completed training according to the manager program in the International Management Development Institute (IMD, Switzerland).
