Farmak Became a Partner of the Charity Honor Run Named After “Recruit”

On June 29, the “Honor Run named after Recruit” took place at the Expocenter of Ukraine (VDNG) in Kyiv — a charity event that brought together 2,700 participants from all over Ukraine and the world.

The run is named in honor of military journalist and Major of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU), Oleksii “Recruit” Chubashev, who was killed in combat near Sievierodonetsk on June 10, 2022.

This run was held to honor all fallen heroes whose courage, dedication, endurance, strength of spirit, and sense of justice and dignity continue to inspire Ukrainians — those thanks to whom we have the opportunity to live on our native land.

This year marked the fourth edition of the event. Farmak became a partner of the initiative, organized by Run Ukraine in collaboration with Oleksii’s wife, Yuliia Chubasheva.

The run brought together military personnel from various branches of the Armed Forces, cadets, and veterans.

More than 20 Farmak employees and their children participated in the event, completing 1.5 km and 10 km distances.

Thanks to the participants’ registration fees, a total of UAH 1,944,860 was raised. The funds will be used to purchase fiber-optic drones for the DIU’s International Legion. These drones cannot be jammed by electronic warfare systems and save lives on the frontlines every day.
