Volodymyr Kostiuk, CEO of the pharmaceutical company Farmak, has been included in the list of the best CEOs in Ukraine, according to the TOP-100. Ratings of the Largest by delo.ua.
The award ceremony took place on April 11 during the annual Business Wisdom Summit.
The selection of the winners was conducted in two stages. During the first stage, the top 50 executives with the highest recognition rates were identified through an online vote. In the second stage, an expert jury evaluated the nominees based on the following criteria: experience in executive positions within the industry; crisis management skills; implementation of innovations in their work; leadership potential; and change management competence.
A total of 124 company leaders competed for a spot in the Top 50 CEOs. The ranking also features executives from DTEK, Metinvest, PUMB, ATB, Aurora, Kyivstar, MHP, Vodafone Ukraine, OKKO, and others. The full list is available via the provided link.
