The pharmaceutical company Farmak took part in a two-day blood donation marathon organized by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. In total, the campaign managed to collect more than 315 liters of blood, more than 10 of which were donated by Farmak employees.
The blood donation marathon was held jointly with the Kyiv Central Interregional Directorate of the Ministry of Justice and the Ukrainian State Transplant Coordination Center with the support of mobile teams of the Kyiv Regional Blood Service Center, the Command of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Zhytomyr Regional Blood Center. The initiative took two days – January 19 and February 2.
More than 700 people took part in the marathon, including 23 Farmak employees. Each participant donated 450 milliliters of blood, which will be sent to front-line sanitary points and hospitals.
