Farmak has been recognized the country’s best employer

Farmak, a leader in the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market*, was included in the TOP 50 Best Employers of Ukraine. The rating was prepared by NewVoice and Odgers Berndtson Ukraine, an international headhunter company specializing in search and appraisal of top managers. Farmak won in two nominations, in particular, Supporting Veterans and Their Families, and Supporting Employee Wellbeing.

The rating compilers selected over 150 largest Ukrainian companies by revenues and personnel number, broke them down by industry groups and invited them into the project. The participants were evaluated by HR practices rather than external marketing of HR brands.

“We highly appreciate the awards and recognition of industry experts. However, the most valuable indicator of our effectiveness is the trust and loyalty of our people. We are ambitious to create such an atmosphere that facilitates the professional development, ensures comfort and stability, which is especially important in this hard wartime,” Farmak HR Director Ms Victoria Kondrashyhina said.

The board of rating experts included Mr Vladyslav Rashkovan, Alternative Executive Director at the IMF; Mr Yurii Hudymenko, a veteran, a society and political figure; Mrs Anna Kuzenkova, a Managerial Partner of Odgers Berndtson Ukraine; Mrs Olena Bondar, a founder and CEO of Wellbeing Company; Mrs Anna Derevianko, Executive Director of the European Business Association; and Mr Petro Chernyshov, the Chair of the Supervisory Board of the National Aviation University.

They evaluated companies in three nominations: Supporting Veterans and Their Families, Incentives and Morale of the Personnel, and Supporting Employee Wellbeing.
