The Farmak Group of Companies has started exporting medicines to Jordan. A systemic corticosteroid in the form of an injection suspension was delivered to the country in the Middle East. The medicine is used to treat dermatological diseases, rheumatic diseases, allergic conditions and other diseases.
Jordan has become the 61st country on the Farmak’s export map, which already includes countries in the EU, Asia, Central and South America, the Middle East, and Australia.
Entering new markets is the implementation of the corporate strategy “Farmak 2.0: from local to global success”. In addition to export expansion, the Farmak Group of Companies is expanding its international presence by acquiring assets abroad. Thus, in September 2024, the British group of companies A&S Pharma Holdings Ltd. was acquired, and during 2023-2024 – marketing companies in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 2025, Farmak plans to open its own production facility in Barcelona, Spain.
