We have scored 83 out of 100 points in the rating of companies offering the most comfortable working conditions in the domestic market published by the authoritative magazine Forbes Ukraine.
According to HR Director Viktoriia Kondrashykhina, this became possible due to the implementation of a special IT system, where each employee has fixed goals and monitors the progress of their achievement, as well as the development of a “managerial competency model”. It is aimed at developing a unified managerial culture and improving the skills of managers.
