Farmak is among Ukraine’s best employers according to Forbes

Farmak, along with JTI, SoftServe, Fozzy Group and others, has been included in the list of 50 best employers of Ukraine compiled by the authoritative Forbes magazine and the Work.ua job search website.

The companies have been evaluated by the jury according to 23 indicators falling under the following 8 criteria:

  1. Reputation and loyalty – the willingness of employees to recommend their company to their families and friends.
  2. Remuneration – the level of net salary per month.
  3. Working conditions – work schedule, number of sick days and duration of holidays, team spirit, workplace security, etc.
  4. Social package – number of extra bonuses (health insurance, payment of some expenses, free participation in workshops and trainings, etc.)
  5. Transparency – the availability of reports and important information about the company in the public domain.
  6. Career prospects – employees’ assessment of the possibility of professional growth within the company.
  7. Sense of security – the general level of care which the company gives to its employees.
  8. Other factors – manner of employment, formality and timeliness of payments etc.

In total, the researchers interviewed more than 25 thousand people, that is every 400th employee in the country. The overall evaluation was based on the results of the survey (60%), information from public sources (20%) and the opinion of recruitment experts (20%).
