Farmak, the leader of Ukraine’s pharmaceutical market, has been included in the “Best Employers of Ukraine 2025” ranking by The Page.
The ranking consisted of two main stages. At the first stage, questionnaires about working conditions and HR policies — previously completed by participating companies — were evaluated blindly by independent HR experts, without disclosing company names. This ensured impartiality and eliminated the influence of brand recognition on the final score. The second stage involved online voting, which opened on the website after the expert jury completed its assessment.
Alongside Farmak, the list includes leading companies from other sectors of the economy, including representatives of the banking, retail, and agricultural industries. Among them are UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, METRO Ukraine, Kernel, IDS Ukraine, Astarta-Kyiv, and other major businesses. The full ranking is available via the link.
Farmak has implemented a comprehensive Wellbeing Program covering five key areas: psychological, physical, social, financial well-being, and professional development. Employees have access to medical insurance, psychologist consultations, annual health check-ups, seasonal vaccinations, vitamins, and stress-reduction programs, including weekly breathing exercises, retreats, and corporate workouts. The company actively supports sports and team initiatives.
To foster employee development, Farmak provides access to an internal online educational platform and library, offers opportunities for external courses and international training. Salary levels are reviewed regularly, and a bonus system based on achieved KPIs is in place. The company pays special attention to defenders and veterans: it maintains ongoing communication with colleagues serving on the front line, procures equipment, vehicles, and gear. All employees currently serving continue to receive their salaries and have access to medical insurance, while the legal department supports them in all necessary matters.
At Farmak, they firmly believe that investing in employee well-being and development lays the foundation for a strong, stable company that moves confidently forward.
