In December 2024, Farmak opened a representative office in the capital of Moldova, Chisinau. This decision is aimed at expanding the company’s presence in international markets and is part of the implementation of the company’s corporate strategy “Farmak 2.0.: from local to global success”.
The company’s first medicine appeared in Moldova in 1993. Today, Farmak’s portfolio in Moldova includes more than 60 types of medicines. These are medicines for the treatment of respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, infectious diseases, as well as ophthalmological, sedative, antiallergic and endocrinological agents.
In 2024, Farmak also opened a representative office in the UK, acquired a British group of companies and a marketing company in Poland, and entered two new export markets – Jordan and Pakistan. In total, Farmak is represented by 13 representative offices and affiliated companies worldwide, and medicines are exported to more than 60 countries, covering Europe, Asia, the Middle East, South and Central America, Africa and Australia.
