The “Winter Support 2025” program allows citizens to spend UAH 1,000 on Ukrainian-made medicines both at pharmacies and via Ukrposhta. Medicines can be purchased at pharmacies that accept payment with the National Cashback card or ordered through the “Ukrposhta. Pharmacy” project.
This year, leading Ukrainian pharmaceutical manufacturer Farmak is offering a 50% discount on 35 products from its own portfolio when ordered through Ukrposhta branches, the contact center, or the Ukrposhta website.
This social initiative is aimed at ensuring access to the most essential medicines during the cold season for the population, including residents of small or remote villages as well as frontline areas. The list includes medicines for the treatment and prevention of influenza and acute respiratory viral infections, remedies for runny or blocked nose, sedatives, ophthalmic products, medicines to lower blood pressure, painkillers and antipyretics, anti-allergy products, treatments for sore throat, and remedies for muscle pain and inflammation, among many others.

How to receive funds under the “Winter eSupport” program:
• Via the Diia mobile application or directly at a Ukrposhta branch.
• Pensioners and recipients of social benefits who receive payments through Ukrposhta have already received UAH 1,000 automatically on the day their pension or social assistance was paid.
• Other citizens who are unable to use the Diia application—such as people with disabilities, residents of remote settlements, or those without smartphones—may submit an application at any Ukrposhta branch or through a postal worker from 18 November to 24 December inclusive.

Once the “Winter Support 2025” program is activated at a Ukrposhta branch, medicines from the eligible list can be ordered immediately at discounted prices or later via the website.
