On January 24, we were happy to welcome 9-10th grade students of the chemical and biological profile of the private educational institution KMDSh VSESVIT. The schoolchildren learned how modern medicines are produced, saw the work of technological sections and laboratories that ensure the high quality of products under the Farmak brand.
As part of the excursion, the students visited workshop No. 4, including technological section No. 4 and filling and packaging section No. 5. The company’s employees showed the guests the entire cycle of production of drugs in rigid forms, including tablets, capsules, sachets and dragees.
The students could also visit the chromatographic and analytical laboratories of the quality control department. Farmak chemists told and demonstrated how each batch of drugs is controlled: from receiving raw materials to monitoring the stability of the drug throughout its shelf life.
“The excursion amazed us with the modern production of medicines and high quality standards. Thank you for the opportunity to see everything with my own eyes and expand my understanding of pharmaceuticals,” said Solomiya, 10th grade.
