Farmak Wins the HR Brand Award for Effective Work with Young Talent

HR Brand Ukraine is the country’s leading annual award recognizing the most successful projects in human capital management and employer brand development. An expert jury evaluates the projects and grants awards for measurable results, innovation, and a systematic approach to company practices.

This year, Farmak received the HR Brand Award in the category “Best Project for Attracting Young Talent.”

Like many companies today, Farmak operates in an environment of intense competition for human resources, shaped by migration, mobilization, and an insufficient level of practical skills among students. This is why the company deliberately invests in the next generation of professionals and works with young people in a structured and long-term manner.

Today, Farmak’s young talent attraction initiative comprises a range of activities implemented both independently and in partnership with others, including:
• the Farmak ChemPRO intensive course;
• the Young Scientist School;
• Farmak_Lab;
• the “PRO Future” forum;
• the pHarma Challenge competition;
• Farmak Career Day.

In addition, the company runs a scholarship program, offers professional lectures delivered by Farmak’s top experts, and organizes regular tours of its manufacturing facilities and laboratories.

“A systematic approach to our work and a strong focus on hands-on practice allow us to immerse young people in real-life pharmaceuticals, modern technologies, and the business environment, while giving them opportunities for continuous development—both professional and career-oriented. I would like to thank all our partners and Farmak expert colleagues who, together with us, contribute to the development of talented youth,” says Viktoriia Kondrashykhina, HR Director at Farmak.

Other winners of the award in various categories include Fozzy Group, MHP, DTEK, PUMB, and other leaders in their respective market segments.
