Filya Zhebrovska entered the rating of innovative leaders
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Farmak JSC is in the list of innovative leaders according to Leadership Journey magazine.
The rating was formed on the basis of expert judgment.
The experts evaluated the candidates on a five-point scale based on the following criteria:
- Innovative approaches in business processes management (organization of production, logistics, personnel, finance, sales management, etc.).
- Innovativeness of the company’s products (development and introduction of new or improved products, services, production technologies).
- Scope of innovations (extent of innovations: on the company, industry, region, country level).
- Leader’s reputation (authority, popularity, significance and demand on the market, trust of partners).
