The speakers were employees of Farmak JSC – Olena Vernydub, Head of the Planning and Controlling Sector, and Valentyn Motsar, Engineer of the Technological Laboratory of the Central Pharmaceutical Development Laboratory. They told the teenagers about the currently important professions of the pharmaceutical industry, in particular, profession of a chemist and a technologist, and respective career opportunities and prospects.
Also, Julia Bass, Assistant of the Analytical Chemistry Department, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, participated in the meeting with the teenagers. She told about training areas of the chemical department and invited everyone to join the schoolchildren’s project “Lecture Center for Young Chemists”.
