Viktoriia Kondrashykhina, HR Director of the pharmaceutical company Farmak, ranked 15th in this year’s list. She brings over 18 years of experience in human resources.

The ranking features HR leaders from top Ukrainian companies. The editorial board initially compiled a longlist of nearly 75 candidates representing brands across all major sectors of Ukraine’s economy.
The selected candidates participated in an online vote and were assessed by an expert jury based on the following criteria: adaptability and change management skills, team leadership, project innovation, professional credibility and market proactivity, corporate culture development, and internal communication effectiveness.
Finalists are those who received the highest scores from both the expert jury and the online community.
Among the finalists are also HR directors from DTEK, PrivatBank, Vodafone Ukraine, Kyivstar, Kernel, MHP, Nestlé, and others.
