Farmak has become the only pharmaceutical manufacturer among the winners of the All-Ukrainian rating “Conscientious Taxpayers 2025,” held annually by the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Ukrainian Taxpayers Association.”
On September 24, 2026, the Supreme Rating Commission approved the results of this year’s rating. A total of 56 Ukrainian large, medium, and small enterprises were recognized as winners. According to the organizers, the finalist companies were vetted by the State Tax Service and the State Labor Service of Ukraine, specifically confirming no tax arrears or wage delays. The winners represent the food industry, energy, construction, banking, agriculture, and other sectors.
For Farmak, responsible business conduct and diligent fulfillment of tax obligations are integral to the company’s operations. In 2025, Farmak paid UAH 1.6 billion in taxes and duties to budgets of all levels.
Despite the challenges of the full-scale war, the company continues to operate in Ukraine, providing patients with medicines, preserving jobs, investing in production development, and supporting the state’s economy.
The All-Ukrainian rating “Conscientious Taxpayers” is organized by the Ukrainian Taxpayers Association to recognize companies that uphold the principles of transparent, responsible business practices and fully meet their tax obligations.
