On April 22, 2013 Farmak JSC gave to the public the consolidated financial statements for the year 2012 prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Viktoria Smarodina, Farmak’s Financial Director says, “For the last 6 years we have been auditing the consolidated financial statements. This year the Company’s management made the decision on publication of the financial statements for the year 2012. Thus, we demonstrate not only our responsibility under the requirements of Ukrainian legislation but adherence to the provisions determined in the Company’s business transparency strategy”.
The audit of Farmak consolidated financial statements was conducted by one of the Big Four companies – PJSC Delloitte and Touche Ukrainian Services Company. The report of independent auditors contains unqualified opinion on Farmak consolidated financial statements.
According to the consolidated financial statements, the revenue in the year 2012 amounts to UAH 1.692 Mio that by 15.2% exceeds the revenue in the year 2011 (UAH 1.468 Mio). Net profit for the year 2012 amounts to UAH 278 Mio comparing with UAH 248 Mio in the year 2011.
