Olena Glushenok, Head of Project Management Department, Farmak, gave a speech at the Conference No. 9 for the Project with Orchestra, held on 27 March 2015 at Microsoft Ukraine, Kyiv. The conference was organized by Leo Consulting and Microsoft Ukraine.
Olena Glushenok invited the conference participants to consider the implementation of a project management system not only as a project for management approach change within the Company but as implementation of changes in the corporate culture in general. The most common causes of failures during change implementation were considered, and the solutions to avoid or minimize the potential failures were proposed.
The practical examples for implementation of project management methods and tools in companies of Ukraine and CIS countries were considered during the conference as well. A special focus was made on actual projects of management system automation. The participants of the event had an opportunity to review the most successful practices in Ukraine and CIS countries.
