Farmak Wins Prestigious UK-Based International Brilliance Awards 2026

Pharmaceutical company Farmak has been named the winner in the Employee Engagement category and received the Silver Award in Recruitment & Retention at the UK-based International Brilliance Awards 2026. The award ceremony took place on January 22 in London.

The International Brilliance Awards is one of the leading international accolades established in the United Kingdom. Each year, it recognizes excellence, innovation, and leadership across business, marketing, HR, and internal communications. With more than a decade-long history, the awards attract hundreds of entries from companies around the world. Winners are selected based on the level of innovation, strategic impact, and measurable results.

Farmak received the highest distinction — Brilliance Award Winner — for its project “We Are Here. We Are Grateful. We Act.” The initiative reflects the transformation of the company’s corporate culture in the context of war. It brings together employee volunteer movements, support for colleagues serving in the Armed Forces, charitable programs, assistance to wounded soldiers during rehabilitation, blood donation initiatives, and other social projects. Together, these efforts strengthen trust, cohesion, and employee engagement within the company.

Farmak also received the Silver Award in the Recruitment & Retention category for its systematic and long-term approach to talent development. This includes investments in young professionals, strategic partnerships with universities, and the creation of an environment that supports professional growth and stability for every employee.

Alongside Farmak, award winners included DHL Global Forwarding, SAP, Lenovo, General Mills, AstraZeneca Kazakhstan, and other international brands. Among Ukrainian companies, Kernel was recognized in the Diversity & Inclusion category, while Metinvest received an award in Corporate Wellness.

“For the second year in a row, our cases have received international recognition. At Farmak, people have always been our top priority — both the patients for whom we create medicines and the team that develops and manufactures them. Through our projects, we demonstrated to the international community how we operate during a full-scale war, how we combine professionalism with humanity and resilience, how we have become even more united, and how together we help the country overcome this extremely challenging time,”
said Viktoriia Kondrashykhina, HR Director at Farmak.
