The Zhebrivski Family Charitable Foundation handed over 300 packages of essential medicines to Farmak retired employees

The Zhebrivski Family Charitable Foundation (successor to the Farmak Charitable Foundation) provided each retired employee of Farmak with essential medicines

The elderly people having retired from JSC Farmak will receive packages with protective masks and medicines. The packages include antiviral, sedative, anti-allergy medicines, as well as medicines for treatment of headache, infectious diseases and oral cavity inflammatory processes etc. Moreover, the retired employees will be guided in detail on how to properly wash their hands.

“Farmak’s long-standing practice is to take care of all its employees, even those who have retired. We remember about them during all holidays and, undoubtedly, will care for them when the world is struggling with the coronavirus pandemic. We all should think of the elderly people. The experience of other countries has proven that older people are most vulnerable to coronavirus. At the same time, there are quite a lot of chronic diseases that require continuous treatment. That is why Farmak has provided its retired employees with the necessary medicines for them not to leave their home for their safety. Complying with simple rules and recommendations today, you can save not only your life but the lives of other people. We all must be conscious of our health and help people who need this help,’’ said Filya Zhebrovska, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC Farmak.

It is worth reminding that the All-Ukrainian Charitable Organization “The Zhebrivski Family Charitable Foundation” (successor to the Farmak Charitable Foundation) has allocated UAH 10 million to fight the spread of coronavirus disease.
