“We couldn’t even imagine that Farmak has facilities of such an impressive size and how high-tech its production is,” the doctors shared their impressions during a company tour.
In February 2024 alone, we conducted 7 excursions for doctors, and by the end of the month two more groups are waiting their turn. In total, over the previous year, Farmak was visited by more than a thousand guests on excursions.
In the new year, doctors of various specialties from Chernivtsi, Kharkiv, Zhytomyr, Poltava, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia visited us: family doctors, dermatologists, ophthalmologists, endocrinologists, pediatricians, etc.
Guests saw how medicines are produced in the form of tablets, capsules, in vials, ampoules and nebulas. In addition, the excursion participants visited quality control laboratories and saw the entire process of pharmaceutical packaging.
The doctors were pleasantly surprised by the technology and modernity of the production sites. Visitors were interested in everything, from the duration of staff work shifts, supply of raw materials, medicine development, research of new molecules, to the intricacies of the Japanese Lean production program, which effectively functions in the company.
We are convinced that such excursions change doctors’ ideas about Ukrainian pharmaceuticals.
