Viktoriia Kondrashikhina, HR Director of Farmak, Ranks Among Top HRDs in Ukraine, and Company Named Among Top Four Employers
The “TOP-100. Ratings of the Largest” magazine and the Delo.ua business portal have published the ranking of the 100 best employers in Ukraine for 2026 and determined the TOP-50 HRDs of leading Ukrainian companies. According to the ranking results, Farmak HR Director Viktoriia Kondrashikhina was named among the country’s best HR leaders, and Farmak secured 4th place among Ukraine’s best employers. Additionally, the company received a special award in the “Leader in Youth Employment” category.
The award ceremony took place on July 8 during the annual HR Wisdom Summit conference. This year, nearly 200 companies participated in the best employers ranking, while over 100 professionals from various economic sectors competed for the title of best HR directors.
Farmak’s recognition is the result of systematic care for employees and the creation of an environment where they can grow professionally, develop their potential, and build a career. Under Viktoriia Kondrashikhina’s leadership, Farmak has established a modern HR function, implemented a transparent grading-based compensation system, and built an effective talent development system. Today, up to 70% of managerial vacancies in the company are filled by internal candidates, and the average employee tenure is 9 years. The ranking was compiled in several stages. The editorial board of “TOP-100. Ratings of the Largest” formed a longlist of companies that are leaders in key economic sectors and employers with a proactive stance in the labor market. Following an open online vote on Delo.ua, an independent expert jury made the final decision. The evaluation considered corporate training, young specialist development programs, social packages, employee well-being, automation of HR processes, innovative HR practices, reward and compensation systems, corporate culture, internal communications, as well as support for mobilized employees and veteran reintegration programs.
Other companies included in the list of Ukraine’s best employers are Kernel, DTEK, Kyivstar, Naftogaz Group, PrivatBank, Metinvest, McDonald’s in Ukraine, and others.
