The Chief Executive Officer of Farmak as a leader of the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market has been included in the rating of the best managers of domestic companies published by Vlast Deneg (The Power of Money) magazine on May 27, 2021.
When selecting candidates, the experts took into account the professional indicators of top managers, such as work experience, specialized education, career growth, authority in the team, etc. This year, special attention was paid to the director’s ability to choose effective measures to address the challenges faced by the companies due to the pandemic and changes in the business environment, as well as the ability to find the only right solution in difficult situations.
The information from open sources, official information of companies, publications in the media, and opinions of industry experts were used for compiling the rating.
In 2020, Volodymyr Kostiuk proved to be an effective senior manager and coped with the task of maintaining the Company’s growth in the context of pandemic and global crisis. Farmak has stayed a leader of the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market. Summarizing the results of the previous year, the Company has increased its exports by 40% and supplied products to more than 30 countries in the EU, Central and South America, the CIS, the Middle East, Asia and others. Investments in the development of the Company in 2020 have reached UAH 1.3 billion, which is 78% more than in 2019.
