On November 10, “Farmak” joined the first all-Ukrainian inter-university career event “Time to Work”. The event brought together 10 leading universities from Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv and more than 35 partner companies that make a significant contribution to the professional development of young people and the recovery of our country.
During the event, our HR manager Tatiana presented the vacancies available for students without work experience and talked about the key competencies by which Farmak selects candidates. Also, at the career event, we gave advice to young job seekers on what to pay attention to when compiling a resume, and discussed the specifics of preparing for an interview with an HR specialist and manager.
In addition, we took part in a panel session, where representatives of 10 leading universities talked about the opportunities that each of them provides to employers, shared best practices of cooperation with and invited participating companies to join the joint interaction in the process of training future specialists.
Now is the time – “Time to work” and join forces.
