Last week, Farmak CEO Volodymyr Kostiuk took part as a speaker in the largest conference of Ukrainian medics and military personnel Ukrainian Medical Front from the Medical Motivational Meeting.
The event was attended by more than half a thousand doctors, it took place in the biggest safe conference hall, which also serves as a bomb shelter, in at InterContinental Hotel. The ambassadors of the event were Borys and Michael Todurov, well-known cardiac surgeons from the Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
The event was also attended by Anna Malyar, Deputy Minister for Defense of Ukraine, Yevheniy Zhukov, Head of the Patrol Police Department of the National Police, Anton Dovgopol, Director of the Irpin Central City Hospital, Dmitry Komarov, TV presenter and volunteer, and honorary doctors who made an invaluable contribution, saving lives of military and civilians.
The CEO of Farmak, in turn, spoke about the company’s resilience during the war: a destroyed warehouse, new medicines created in wartime, investments in production facilities and the prospects for Ukrainian pharmaceutical field.
The main goal of the event was exchanging experience, setting common goals and attaining the maximum unity of the medical front of Ukraine during the turbulent period of the war.
