So far, we do not know when the day of victory will come, but the war will definitely end, and our defenders will return home. One of the stages of their journey will be to find a civilian job and return to their previous workplaces.
In order to make the process of adaptation of our defenders to ordinary life as comfortable as possible for everyone, Farmak is developing a program for the adaptation of employees returning from the war.
As part of the new program, Farmak and the charitable organization Veteran Hub, which is an expert in this matter, signed a memorandum of cooperation and interaction within the framework of the HR Praktyka project.
The first stage of cooperation between the company and the charitable organization was the workshop “How to work with veterans and make this interaction mutually beneficial.” This event was attended by the leaders of the company. The main questions for discussion were:
Currently, more than 70 employees of the company serve in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Farmak retains jobs for them, continues to pay wages, provides ammunition, and also provides charitable assistance to the units in which the company’s employees serve.
