The ranking magazine “TOP-100. Rankings of the Largest” and the business portal Delo.ua have recognized the best Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) in Ukraine. Among them is Farmak’s CFO, Serhii Plichko.
The selection process for the top CFOs was conducted in two stages. In the first stage, Delo.ua’s audience participated in an online vote, which determined the popularity and media presence of the individuals listed in the ranking. A total of 80 company representatives from key sectors of Ukraine’s economy took part in the ranking.
In the second stage, an expert jury conducted an independent and anonymous evaluation of CFOs based on key criteria such as market reputation, leadership, efficiency, innovation, and risk management. Those who received the highest scores from the expert panel formed the TOP-30 Best CFOs of Ukraine in 2025.
Among the winners were representatives from companies such as DTEK, Metinvest, Philip Morris Ukraine, MHP, OKKO, NOVUS, Teva Ukraine, Starlight Media, and Sense Bank.

Serhii Plichko joined Farmak in October 2024. He is responsible for overseeing and improving financial systems, optimizing budgeting, tax, and financial planning, as well as managing the company’s financial resources efficiently.
