Volodymyr Kostiuk, CEO of Farmak, has been named the winner in the pharmaceutical industry category of NV Media Group’s “Top Managers Who Keep the Country Going. Dialogues with NV” project. The award ceremony took place on 26 August 2026 at UNIT.City Innovation Park in Kyiv.
As part of the project, the NV editorial team, in partnership with Odgers Ukraine and Wellbeing, selected the top executives of Ukrainian businesses. The six-month study covered Ukraine’s largest companies across ten industries. The assessment included an analysis of companies’ financial performance, employee surveys, and interviews with CEOs.
The initiative aims to identify effective approaches to managing businesses and large teams amid the full-scale war and to recognise executives who have successfully ensured the resilience and continued development of their companies.
Volodymyr Kostiuk has served as CEO of Farmak since 2018. Under his leadership, the company has continued to advance its R&D capabilities and strengthen the position of Ukraine’s pharmaceutical industry in global markets.
Farmak employs around 3,000 people in Ukraine, and its products are available in more than 60 countries worldwide.
