The New Voice (NV) publication compiled a “People of the Decade” listing and named 100 Ukrainians who played a key role in the country for 10 years. The listing included military personnel, volunteers, public figures, journalists, government officials, cultural representatives, athletes and businessmen. Among them is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Farmak and the founder of the Zhebrivsky Family Charitable Foundation, Filya Zhebrovskaya.
The creation of the list of 100 people of the decade took place in several stages – initially, the publication took into account the choice of experts and the opinion of readers. Based on these two lists, members of the NV editorial board, taking into account their own opinions, formed the final list of 100 people of the decade.
The editors deliberately did not rank the list participants by the number of votes received or the degree of influence on the course of history, but divided them into areas of activity and alphabetically. However, the publication noted that according to the results of two polls, five Ukrainians received the most votes: President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky; writer Serhiy Zhadan; Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov; the Ambassador of Ukraine to the UK and ex-commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny, as well as the commander of the Da Vinci Wolves battalion Dmytro Kotsyubailo, who tragically died last year at the front.
