Filya Zhebrovska, co-owner and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the pharmaceutical company Farmak, has been included in the rating of the most influential women of 2021 traditionally published by Focus magazine at the end of June.
When the editors compiled a list of candidates whose words and deeds were the most important and the most significant for Ukraine, they took into account the opinions of experts in politics, economics, social sphere and culture. They considered how significant their influence on government decision-making and the formation of public opinion was, the extent to which they influenced business and the formation of a positive image of Ukraine.
Under the leadership of Filya Zhebrovska, Farmak has become a leader of the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market. Today the Company’s products are represented in more than 30 countries. Each year the Company launches 20 new medicinal products and continues to invest in the development of the Ukrainian economy. In 2020, the Company launched a high-tech workshop for the manufacturing of aseptic medicinal products, with investments of up to EUR 50 million. Now the Company has started construction of an innovative R&D centre where modern complex-component medicinal products will be developed. It has no analogues in Ukraine.
All of these achievements have been made possible due to the strategic vision and approaches to business laid down by Filya Zhebrovska.
