Filya Zhebrovska, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Farmak JSC, is in the rating of Ukraine’s most influential women according to the Focus Magazine
Filya Zhebrovska’s formula for success is to believe in one’s own forces and be positive that every step in life happens for a reason. I set an object and walk along the well-defined path, understanding that this is my goal to be reached.
In 2017, Filya Zhebrovska chaired the Supervisory Board of Farmak JSC and focused on strategic management of the company. In 2018, Farmak maintained its leadership on the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine by sales volumes. The company remains the long-time leader of the pharmaceutical market for over 8 years due to high quality of its products, continuous improvement and introduction of innovations in business and production processes.
The company is actively increasing its export potential. According to the performance indicators for 9 months of 2018, Farmak’s exports grew by 15% vs. the same period in 2017, accounting for almost a quarter of all company’s sales.
The company’s strategic goal is to increase exports to 40% by 2020, primarily by expanding sales to Europe and exploring new markets. Farmak JSC will continue to develop its presence on the EU markets. The company intends to focus its attention on German and UK markets – the largest in the region. South-East Asia, in particular, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines, is also one of the priority directions for the company’s business development.
This year, the rating of the Focus Magazine “100 most influential women of Ukraine” was published for the 13th time. Experts in politics, economics, social processes, and culture took part in the discussion. Opinions were delivered on condition of anonymity. Candidates were evaluated according to 5 criteria: ability to influence government decisions and public opinion; business impact; personal identity, and family ties.
