Dmytro Taranchuk, Head of Legal Department of Farmak JSC, entered the Top 5 of the most successful corporate lawyers according to legal business version.
The corresponding rating was made by Yurydychna Gazeta newspaper.
We remind that Dmytro Taranchuk headed the Legal Department in 2006. Under his supervision, work of the company’s legal unit was organized, corporate restructuring was carried out and processes of protecting rights to the company’s assets (including intellectual property objects) were implemented. Furthermore, draft amendments to the effective legislation of Ukraine, in particular regarding the application of the zero rate of excise duty on ethyl alcohol used for manufacture of medicines were initiated and successfully implemented.
