Recently, a number of unscrupulous Ukrainian media distributed fake information that Farmak was investigated in the criminal probe in the Republic of Moldova. The National Anti-Corruption Center of the Republic of Moldova refuted this information.
“As regards Farmak JSC, no criminal case was initiated in relation to Public Tender No. 180358 on 30.11.2018 concerning purchase of insulin analogues for the purpose of the National Program of Prophylaxis and Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus for 2019 in the Republic of Moldova”, this is claimed in the official statement of the National Anti-Corruption Center of the Republic of Moldova.
Farmak is requesting all media that distributed fake information about the probe against Farmak in the Republic of Moldova to refute this information as fake news and as information that is damaging the company’s business reputation and is requesting to always contact the company to obtain official comments to verify any information covering Farmak prior to publishing it.
