The Focus publication compiled a “Wartime Managers” rating, which included the best top managers of Ukraine. Among them is the executive director of the leading pharmaceutical company Farmak, Volodymyr Kostiuk.
The rating is divided into 11 sectors, each of which is responsible for the most significant markets for the economy of Ukraine: agricultural, financial, industry, energy, oil and gas industry, IT, retail, food industry, real estate, pharmaceuticals, machine-building industry and telecommunications.
In the process of preparing the rating, 30 industry experts, analysts and market participants evaluated the long list of contenders compiled by the publication. Key evaluation parameters are popularity and publicity, achievements in the position, personal reputation, influence in the context of the industry and the expert community. In addition, the evaluation process took into account the reputation of the company itself, which the participant heads, as well as well-known social projects aimed at helping civilians and the military during a full-scale war. The executives with the highest average scores ended up in the Focus rankings.
In total, the rating included 33 top managers, including General Director of the Metinvest group of companies Yuriy Ryzhenkov, President of the Kyivstar company Oleksandr Komarov, Chairman of the Board of PrivatBank Gerhard Boesch and others.
