Farmak JSC, the leader of pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine, held II Scientific and Practical Conference of Farmak Young Scientist School. Farmak experts shared their achievements and expertise in addressing the issues related to the Company’s operations with the colleagues and the guests of the event.
Farmak actively supports the commitment of its experts to professional growth and development and sharing of the experience and the best practices among experts of various business units. To that end, Farmak organized the Young Scientist School. Yearly Scientific and Practical Conference is one of the key events of the School, where Farmak employees discuss the development trends in the pharmaceutical market, in particular, domestic pharmaceutical industry, share their scientific results and research.
Iryna Zavalko, Secretary, Farmak Young Scientist School, Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences, says, “Farmak Young Scientist School was founded in 2010 with a view to provide a venue for sharing of experience and knowledge among our business units, training and development of employees in various areas, starting from market analysis, selection of active molecule, dosage form design, clinical trials and ending with the matters of medicinal product registration and pharmacovigilance.
Scientific and Practical Conference is one of the key events of the School, where the practical achievements of the Scholars are examined.
At this year's Conference, Farmak employees presented innovative solutions in medicinal product development, discussed the matters of quality management system in laboratories, energy saving in medicinal product manufacturing, examined the specific features of innovation activities of pharmaceutical companies and other important subjects”.
