The best Ukrainian employers and HR directors have been determined by the expert jury of TOP 100. Ratings of the Largest. Farmak has become a winner in two categories: Best Employer and Best HR Director.
To compile the Best Employer rating, the experts evaluated the level of employees’ salaries, implementation of development and inclusion policies by the company, career opportunities, the company’s reputation and community’s brand loyalty. 100 Best Ukrainian Employers have been selected, with Farmak taking the 6th position.
Viktoriia Kondrashykhina, HR Director of Farmak, has been included in the list of 30 best HR directors in Ukraine. The jury evaluated the authority of managers, their influence on the corporate culture formation, organized projects and strategies for developing the employer’s brand, and the use of HR technologies in the company.
