Farmak became the winner in the Best Employer Branding Campaign category and received Silver in the Best Internal Communications Campaign category at the prestigious Davos Communications Awards 2026.
The Davos Communications Awards 2026 ceremony took place in Switzerland. The award is one of the leading international recognitions honoring the most successful communications projects, teams, and agencies from around the world.
The company’s projects were recognized in two categories:
Gold in the Employer Branding Campaign category for the project “Investing in the Future”.
Silver in the Best Internal Communications Campaign category for the company’s 100th anniversary project, the film “Stable Compound”.
The winning project “Investing in the Future” is Farmak’s response to one of the most pressing challenges of the Ukrainian labor market — the shortage of qualified professionals during wartime. Instead of competing solely for experienced specialists, the company chose a long-term strategy focused on talent development in partnership with leading Ukrainian universities.
In 2025, more than 1,000 students joined the company’s initiatives. Through educational events, internships, scholarships, and intensive training programs, young people gain practical work experience and take their first career steps. At the same time, Farmak attracts talented professionals who will shape the future of the pharmaceutical industry. As a result, 32% of new employees who joined the team last year were young specialists.
The company received the Silver award for the creation and presentation of the corporate film “Stable Compound”, dedicated to Farmak’s 100th anniversary. The film tells the story of Farmak’s transformation from a small factory in Kyiv into an international pharmaceutical brand exporting medicines to 60 countries worldwide. Implemented in the format of a movie premiere during wartime and amid energy challenges, the project united a team of 3,500 employees, strengthened the sense of shared identity, and became a powerful tool for both internal and external communications.
Among the other award winners this year were DTEK (Ukraine), Hayat Holding (Türkiye), CentrePort Limited (New Zealand), Yulu Public Relations Inc. (Canada), PRecious Communications (Singapore), and other companies and agencies.
