Filya Zhebrovska has been leading Farmak for 21 years. Under her leadership the Company was refocused from production of active pharmaceutical ingredients to the manufacturing of finished dosage form products in compliance with international quality standards. In 2010 Farmak became the leader of Ukrainian pharmaceutical industry due to the chosen business strategy, innovative technological platform, investment in production and staff. Today the Company holds leading position in the market demonstrating high dynamics of development and broad activity in foreign economic relations. Farmak is one of the largest exporters of pharmaceutical products in Ukraine.
Filya Zhebrovska started her career in Farmak in 1980 as a Chief Accountant. In 1990 she was appointed Deputy Director for Economy and Finance — Chief Accountant, and one year later promoted to Chief Financial Officer. In 1995 Filya Zhebrovska became Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Company.
Filya Zhebrovska is the author of 120 scientific works (including one monograph) covering various issues of the pharmaceutical industry, and she also has 100 patents of Ukraine.
Filya Zhebrovska was awarded various honorary distinctions: the Order "For Merits", Honorary Certificate of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Medal "For Merits in Healthcare" from the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine named after M. D. Strazhesko; Golden mark of Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, diplomas of the Ministry of Healthcare and Kyiv City State Administration, and a number of other awards.
Filya Zhebrovska graduated from the Kyiv National Economy Institute (today known as the Kyiv National Economic University named after V. Hetman), majoring in Economics. In 1998 she earned her PhD degree in Economics.
Augustin Dubnička joined Farmak on July 2017. He has 40-years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry. He worked as a top manager in large European pharmaceutical companies. His main tasks at Farmak are to strengthen the Сompany's leading positions on the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine and to develop its export potential.
He started his career at Slovakofarma, a.s., having worked there for over 25 years. During that time, he progressed up the career ladder from Purchasing Specialist to Executive Director for Logistics and Purchasing, and Member of the Board. Later, for 5 years he has been holding the position of Executive Director for Procurement and Business Development at Zentiva International a.s. His previous position before joining Farmak was in a French multifunctional company Sanofi S. A. as a Site Director.
In 1998, he received his PhD degree. During 2009-2012, he was a Vice-President of the Association of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry.
He has an experience in conducting business in key regions such as Central and Eastern Europe, China, India and Turkey; experience in implementation of the business development strategy, M&A.
Victoria Smarodina started her career in Farmak in September 2011 as a Head of Internal Audit Department. In 2012 she was promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Сompany.
As Farmak CFO Victoria Smarodina is responsible for financial, management and tax accounting as well as budgeting and treasury management.
Under her leadership, the Company adopted unified financial accounting principles based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); also modern policies have been introduced in management accounting, budgeting and treasury management.
Victoria began her career in Ukraine International Airlines as an Economist. In three years she has been promoted to the position of Head of economical department. Victoria has more than 13 years of working experience in the Big Four (audit firms) such as Ernst & Young and Deloitte. Before joining Farmak team she worked in Deloitte as a Senior Manager of Audit Department in Kyiv.
Since 2005 Victoria is a chartered certified accountant and a member of ACCA (Great Britain).
Victoria Smarodina graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in Economic Cybernetics.
Victoria Kondrashyhina began her career in Farmak as a customs broker. In 3 years she became Head of customs service in Farmak. Later she worked in the commercial department as a Head of export sales department. In 2007 Victoria Kondrashyhina was appointed HR Director of Farmak.
As Farmak HR Director Victoria Kondrashyhina is responsible for development and implementation of complex HR strategy of the Company, personnel management and HR policies. She managed implementation of new approaches in compensation, including grading as a highly efficient remuneration system.
Victoria has more than 20 years of work experience in pharmaceutical business. She was awarded diplomas of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, Certificates of Merit by Head of Kyiv City State Administration, "Badge of Honor" of Kyiv Mayor.
Victoria Kondrashyhina graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" with a degree in Business Management. She completed her training at HRM management program in Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
Oleg Syarkevych began his career in Farmak in 2000 as a Marketing Director. Later he was appointed Director of Export and Market Development. At present he works as a Business Development Director. Oleg is responsible for establishing business relations with foreign partners, expanding Farmak product portfolio through the In-licensing, introduction of the Company's products through Out-licensing partners to new markets.
Business Development Department headed by Oleg initiated and supported implementation of GMP EU, ISO 13485, FDA standards and drafting of documentation in CTD EU, ACTD formats.
Oleg Syarkevych represents Farmak at the European Generic medicines Association (EGA). He is also an outside expert of Ukrainian Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers.
Oleg worked in different areas of pharmaceutical business: pharmaceutical, scientific, industrial, and he also served as Chairman of the Board for Halychpharm.
Oleg Syarkevych is the author of about 50 scientific papers and over 20 patents. Oleg was awarded Certificates of Merit of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, and diplomas of the Kyiv City State Administration, medal and diploma of the Cabinet of Ministers.
In 1997 he earned his MBA degree from the Lviv Institute of Management.
Oleg served internship in the USA and Germany at pharmaceutical enterprises Parke-Davice Warner Lambert and Parke-Davis Gödecke.
Oleg graduated from the Lviv Medical Institute (at present known as Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University). He earned his PhD degree in Pharmaceutics.
Volodymyr Kostiuk joined Farmak’s team in 2008. Initially he held the position of Assistant General Director for foreign trade. In that capacity, he was engaged in establishing the contacts with foreign partners, and development of international cooperation of the pharmaceutical company. He also participated in clinical trials of Farmak's drugs in Europe, Canada and the USA; supervised issues of the Company’s internal audit; led the team responsible for the functioning of the business automation system – SAP ERP.
In July 2014, he headed the Workshop for Liquid and Soft Drugs. And in June 2015, he was appointed to the position of Chief Operations Officer.
The sphere of Volodymyr Kostiuk’s responsibilities includes development and implementation of the Company's manufacturing operations strategy, implementation of effective business processes in manufacturing, management of the Company's manufacturing activities, development processes and expansion of production.
In 2009, he graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv majoring in Economic Cybernetics.
He obtained his MBA from Donau Universitat Krems Universitat (Austria).
Volodymyr Kostiuk pursues the further accomplishments. Currently he is studying in Kharkiv Pharmaceutical University majoring in Technology of Medicines.
Vitalii Usenko started his career at Farmak in February 2015 as Medical Research Advisor. In October 2015, he was appointed Medical Director. The scope of his responsibilities includes regulation of development, communication and circulation of medical information, strategies of medical marketing, medical compliance, pharmacovigilance, medical regulatory issues, organization and conduct of international clinical trials and post-marketing clinical studies, further implementation and participation in the organization and conduct of audits according to ICH GCP (Good Clinical Practice), GVP (Good Pharmacovigilance Practice), and GPP (Good Promotion Practice).
From 2004 till 2009 Vitalii Usenko was a Secretary of the Healthcare Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. In general, he has been engaged in the pharmaceutical sector since 1995, while holding the position of Medical Director in such subsidiaries of transnational pharmaceutical companies as Sanofi-Aventis Ukraine, Roche Ukraine, Pfizer Ukraine and GSK Consumer Healthcare Ukraine.
Moreover, Vitalii was involved in the development of TACIS project recommendations of the EU Commission towards harmonization of the pharmaceutical laws of Ukraine with the EU legislation. He is the author and co-author of several books, monographs and publications (including those published abroad) in pharmaceutical marketing and EU regulatory standards for pharmaceutical sector.
In 1989, Vitalii Usenko graduated from O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University majoring in General Medicine. He passed internship in anesthesiology and intensive care medicine, received his doctor's degree in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine.
In 1999, he graduated from Kyiv National Economic University majoring in International Economics (honors diploma) and received an MBA (Master of International Business Management).
In 2016, he received a Master's degree in quality, standardization and certification from Kharkiv National Pharmaceutical University (honors diploma).
Olga Oleksiichuk joined Farmak team in 1977 as a Chemist at a workshop laboratory. In 2005 she became a Quality Director — Qualified Person.
Olga Oleksiichuk is responsible for ensuring the effective functioning and continuous improvement of the Farmak corporate pharmaceutical quality system. As a Qualified Person, she has ultimate responsibility for the release of product for sale and thus the certification of their compliance with regulatory requirements.
Under the leadership of Olga Oleksiichuk National and European GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), international standards ISO 9000 and ISO 13485 have been implemented in the Company.
Since 2001 Olga is a certified quality auditor with the European Organization for Quality (EOQ) and the Ukrainian Association for Quality (UAQ). She is also a certified manager of quality systems EOQ and German Society for Quality (DGQ).
Olga was awarded Certificates of Merit of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; "Badge of Honor" of Kyiv Mayor.
Olga Oleksiichuk graduated from the Leningrad Chemical and Pharmaceutical Institute (today known as St. Petersburg State Chemical-Pharmaceutical Academy) with a degree in Chemical Process Engineering of Bio-active Compounds.
Maryna Striganova joined Farmak team in 2004 as a Head of Procurement Department. In 2011 under her leadership the Department of Logistics and Procurement has been created in the Company. Maryna Striganova is responsible for procurement, transport logistics, custom clearances procedures and storage as well as inventory management.
During 1998-2003 she worked for Blitz-Inform (Blitz-Flex factory) at a number of holding managerial management positions, such as Deputy General Director in charge of logistics and Deputy General Director in charge of sales and supplies. She worked for the pharmaceutical company Darnytsia where she progressed up the career ladder from the position of an Еconomist to the Head of Procurement. Maryna has been working an experience in pharmaceutical business for over 11 years.
Maryna Striganova was awarded an Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine and a Diploma of the Association of Employers of Medical and Microbiological Industry of Ukraine.
Maryna Striganova is a graduate of Strategic Management and Organizational Development program from of the International Center for Privatization, Investment and Management where she completed Strategic Management and Organizational Development program.

Dmytro Taranchuk joined Farmak team in 2000 starting his career as a Legal Counsel. In 2006 he leaded the Legal Department of the Company. Dmytro is responsible for ensuring legitimacy of the Company’s activities and protection of its legal interests. Moreover, the range of his duties includes legal support of the company's activities, organization of contractual work, management of litigation, representation and protection of the company's interests in courts, government agencies and other institutions while considering legal issues and disputes, organization of protection of the company's intellectual property rights etc.
Under the leadership of Dmytro Taranchuk active work of Legal Department has been organized. Number of amendments to the current legislation of Ukraine were initiated by Dmytro and later successfully implemented, including the introduction of a zero rate of ethyl alcohol excise duty used for production of medicines.
Dmytro Taranchuk has an extensive experience in legal practice. He served as a Senior Legal Counsel for the State Taxation Service, later, as a Senior Legal Counsel for a commercial bank. He has a certificate of the right to practice as an attorney.
He was awarded an honorary certificate issued by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, an honorary certificate of Kyiv City State Administration.
Dmytro Taranchuk graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in Law.
He received a Master of International Law Degree at the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade (today known as the Ukrainian State University of Finance and Foreign Trade).
